Вариант А - слишком агрессивно, не учитывает весь контекст о debating project. По сути, он предлагает идет в "атаку" неподготовленным.
Вариант B. Для того, чтобы подготовиться к продуктивному workshop бизнес-аналитик может провести серию интервью ("if appropriate, conduct pre-workshop interviews with participants") и обязан "send the agenda and other materials in advance to prepare the attendees and increase productivity at the meeting". Этот факт помогает нам отбросить вариант B с follow-up.
Вариант С. Похож на правду, но хуже варианта D, который содержит объяснения необходимости подождать 3 недели.

P.S. Легко обосновывать правильный ответ, когда ты его знаешь :) Но в этом и искусство сдачи экзамена, когда ты понимаешь ход мыслей составителей вопросов.
